Yarmouth Port Library, 297 Main Street, Yarmouth Port LOOKING AHEAD Would you like to know more about doing your own genealogical research? The library will once again be teaming up with the Historical Society of Old Yarmouth (HSOY) to sponsor a six-week-session genealogy course in 2025 presented by the Cape Cod Genealogical Society. Each session will include time for individual consultation with a genealogist. The sessions would be in-person at the library. If you are interested in taking this course, please call the library. from 1 PM to 4 PM Yarmouth Port Christmas Stroll Come and celebrate the holiday season with YPL! Stop in at the library for homemade baked goods, tea sandwiches, and punch. There will also be a special visit from Mrs. Claus! Walk along Route 6A in Yarmouth Port and enjoy live music, entertainment, trolley rides, and delicious holiday treats throughout the village! At 4:15 PM, there will be a tree lighting ceremony and caroling on the Village Green! Rain or shine! ___________________ 
Pups & Pizza - Holiday Respite
Thursday, December 12th at 4 PM Pizza Slices at 5 PM Come one, come all! Adults, teens, and kids welcome! Stop by the library to meet the fabulous, and fabulously well-behaved, pups of the Companion Animal Program (CAP). Reduce your holiday stress by snuggling with some sweet pups and perhaps getting a slobbery kiss! Just relax and chill with these furry wonders. Come for the pups and stay for the pizza. Slices will be served at 5 PM. Call the library at 508-362-3717 to let us know you will be coming! Space is limited. See you then!
