Annual Membership Campaign Once Again, It’s Membership Time! The Yarmouth Port Library is once again asking for your support for its annual Membership Campaign. Renewal letters for 2023 will be going out on or around December 1st. All donations help fund our Operating Budget, and function to fill the gap between our costs and other sources of revenue. Typically, $40,000 has been our annual goal, one which has nearly always been achieved, and which remains unchanged this year. We hope that you will consider what the library means to you, your family, and to the community, and support us as generously as in the past. When you receive our appeal in the mail, please use the included donation envelope. We are grateful for your past support. Thank you. Your donations provide the operating funds we need to stay open today and in the future. Ways to Donate: - Make a financial contribution to the library - Talk to your employer about Employer Matching Contributions - Establish a Charitable Gift Annuity - Give a gift of stocks or bonds - Donate books and other library materials - Donate historical materials to our archives and special collections - Give items or time to our fundraising events Please consult with your lawyer or financial adviser before donating. |
